Laura is the owner and spiritual mother of this site. She has a master's degree in communication sciences, but deviated from the two-income family that is the norm in her native country (Belgium) in order to stay at home with her growing family. She is currently expecting a second child.
Her family moves around a lot and has already lived in five different countries together. Currently they are living in DR Congo.
Laura is very passionate about parenting, unschooling and natural living and out of this passion originated this blog.
Ariadne is a happy and busy mama to three children aged 5, 3 and 1 ½ years. She has a degree in communication and creative expression. Between her parenting duties and chasing after two dogs she is working towards becoming a certified parenting coach. She is a breastfeeding, baby wearing, VBAC and natural births mama. Ariadne practices peaceful, playful, responsive parenting and is passionate about all things parenting and chocolate. Ariadne enjoys creating positive solutions to everyday parenting challenges and sharing these ideas with other families. She believes parents and children should try to have fun everyday and love life. Ariadne and her family currently live in Switzerland.
