Are the flower essences ok while breastfeeding?
ReplyDeleteHi Jen,
Deleteyes, flower essences are completely safe during breastfeeding, they can even be given to pets and kids! You will only be taking two drops a day at the most anyway.
This is a great list! I use rescue remedy often, and have great success with it. I also find taking magnesium calms me down enough to get a good nights rest :)
