Birth Affirmations

  • I ask for help when I need it.
  • I allow my baby and my body to set the pace.

  • I am surrounded by love.
  • This baby is deeply desired.

  • I surrender to this powerful experience.
  • I accept what this birth brings me.
  • I am stronger than my contractions.

    2. Now, that´s interesting - I just finished listening to birth affirmations from my hypnobirthing cd, and came to computer to keep working, but the first thing I see in my email are these birth affirmations :-)
      Some of the affirmation in this post are similar, some are different from what I just heard on cd. Where do they come from?

    4. @aboutgoodness: they are my own. I started writing them after reading and listening to the Birth relaxation kit, so they are somewhat inspired on that way of writing
