Birth Affirmations
I love these! It inspires me to start writing my own. I'll be thinking of you as you prepare for your birth.
ReplyDeleteNow, that´s interesting - I just finished listening to birth affirmations from my hypnobirthing cd, and came to computer to keep working, but the first thing I see in my email are these birth affirmations :-)
ReplyDeleteSome of the affirmation in this post are similar, some are different from what I just heard on cd. Where do they come from?
Thank you for sharing them! :-)
Laura
Thanks for posting this... I'm having a mother blessing next week and I'm going to ask my guests to help me make a poster with these written on it!!
ReplyDelete@aboutgoodness: they are my own. I started writing them after reading and listening to the Birth relaxation kit, so they are somewhat inspired on that way of writing
